One address covers everything — sizing, orders, faults, curiosity about a symbol. Someone opens it Monday through Friday, and a reply is back with you within a working day. There is no number to ring, no menu of digits to tap through, and no ticket reference you will ever be asked to recite back to anybody.

What to put in the first message

Nothing formal. Two details, though, save an entire round trip:

  • If an order already exists — put the number in the opening line. That alone lets whoever replies open your record while still reading the rest.
  • If you are still choosing a size — tell us what you wear day to day, then say what footwear normally does wrong to you. Broad across the ball. A high instep that nothing closes over. A heel that lifts away. A longest toe that always finds the end first. That sentence is worth more to us than any measurement.

Be blunt rather than polite. The more precisely you describe the trouble, the more precise the reply can be.

Prefer the form?

Some people would rather type into a box on the page than open a mail app. Entirely reasonable, and it changes nothing: the form on this site delivers to the very same place, read by the very same person, on the same timetable.

What we are genuinely useful for

You want to know What happens when you ask
Which size and which fit to order Describe the foot; we name the size and say whether Standard or Wide suits it. Worth doing first — boots are built once ordered, so the guessing is best done before, not after.
Where an order has reached Send the number and we go and look, carrier included, and report back what we find.
A swap, a replacement, money back, or credit Say what went wrong in your own words. We name the route that applies and walk it with you from there.
What a symbol on an Edition means We tell you. The motifs on these boots were chosen for a reason and being asked about them is a pleasure, not an interruption.

Our postal address

Letters, yes. Boots, no. That address exists for correspondence and for the paperwork a registered company has to carry. Every return, exchange and replacement begins instead with an email — we reply with the destination that applies to your case and the steps in order. A parcel landing here before that email has gone out is very hard to connect back to whoever sent it, so please keep hold of it until you have heard from us.

Pages that answer without waiting for us

  • Size chart — every length in the run, plus what separates Standard from Wide.
  • Shipping & Delivery — how long making takes, how long the road takes, country by country.
  • Return & Refund — the thirty-day window and the three routes out of it.
  • Cancellation Policy — for orders placed in the last few hours that you would like stopped.

The thinking behind the shop — why it exists and what it will not do — is set out on About Sunayla.
