Daisy Leather Boots

One boot holds a sunflower. The other holds the whole meadow.

Start on the outside of the first one. A sunflower sits high on the shaft, wide enough to read across a room — rust-orange petals falling inward into gold, a freckled cream center inside a dotted orange ring. Sage tendrils uncoil from its stem in slow art-nouveau loops, and a teal cornflower leans in beside them on a stem of its own, spiky bud and all. Lower down, close to the sole, a red-orange poppy opens above a low bank of white daisies and soft grey-green leaves, one plump bud still holding its turn.

Its pair goes wilder. No single star on that side, just a standing field: two poppies, one high and one lower and larger, both with dark inky hearts. Daisies with amber centers. Cornflowers spiking teal against tall sage grass, a bud nodding over with one stripe of orange showing through, tiny orange berries strung along a curling stem. It reads like the edge of a field in June, drawn by somebody who was actually standing in one.

Both toes get the same quiet gift — a small cluster of daisies, leaves tucked underneath, a vine curling off toward the sole edge. And the denim blue behind all of it is never flat: ferns and leaves sit a shade deeper inside the wash and surface only when you turn the boot in the light. That is the detail that tells you a person drew this in layers, on purpose. The hardware stays quiet: round cord in black, eyelets in dark gunmetal, a webbing tab at the heel in the same black. Underfoot sits a gum-brown lug sole on a black midsole rim. Wear them into a room and expect the question.

Sizing, before anything else

Two things worth knowing up front. Wide sits in the fit menu right beside Standard — you choose it the way you choose a size, and nobody has to write to us and ask. And the run keeps every half step from US 4.5 all the way to US 14, none of them skipped, because that half step is what separates a boot you wear all day from a boot you take off at lunch. The toe is rounded and cut generously, which is the other half of the same promise.

Two uppers, the same artwork

Premium Vegan Leather — microfiber, close-grained and flat-finished to the touch. That flat finish is the point: light does not pool on it in patches, so the blue keeps reading as a wash and the daisy outlines keep their edge. Wipe it clean and carry on.

Top Grain Leather — cowhide, plainly. Heavier in the hand, and it molds to the shape you actually have. It deepens into a patina, and the pattern of that darkening is written by how you walk.

Underneath the artwork

• One piece underfoot — the lug sole meets the upper under heat, held under pressure while the bond sets. Two parts go in, one boot comes out.
• Nothing to air out — the finish that locks the print down is water-based rather than solvent-based, so what you smell when the box opens is the box.
• No breaking-in week — the foam footbed runs the full length of the boot, cushioned heel to toe, so nothing needs surviving before they turn comfortable.
• And the footbed lifts out — if you already walk on something of your own, take ours out and drop yours in.

There is no Daisy sitting in a warehouse right now. Yours gets cut, printed and built after you pick the fit and the size — which is the only way the meadow lands in exactly the right place on your pair. Count in workdays: five at the least, ten at the most, and then it is boxed and moving.
