What is actually on them

One side of the shoe holds a dragonfly built like jewellery: gold body set with turquoise stones down its length, wings of fine gold filigree filled with teal, landed on a gold medallion of petals and dotted rings that spreads out behind it like a compass face. Gold beads trail away below.

The other panel lets them go loose: two more dragonflies in plain gold line, mid-flight, and a spray of long leaves and reeds in gold and teal leaning up from the lower edge. Small jewelled shapes sit up near the collar in amber and green. Underneath all of it the emerald is worked with a mandala one shade darker, out to the quarter panels and under the eyelets, and gold flecks drift across the whole thing.

White frame or black frame

The same drawing lands differently depending on what you wrap it in. Against a white sole, white laces and a white rubber toe, the green looks like a colour and the gold looks like sunlight on water. Go black (black sole, black laces, black toe), and the green drops back toward the dark, the gold does all the work, and the shoe stops looking printed and starts looking inlaid. Silver eyelets on both.

Sizes

US 4.5 to 14, halves included the whole way up. That is the part worth saying plainly, because half sizes are usually the first thing dropped when a size run gets shortened, and the women who need them are used to being told to just size up.

Yours is printed after you order, in the size and the colour you picked. That is why nothing here sells out, and why it is worth the days it takes.

Every further pair on the same order adds $9.99, so two pairs to a US address ship for $24.98. Socks post on their own at $4.99 a pair and tote bags at $6.99 each, the same price everywhere and whether or not boots travel with them. The figure appears at checkout once you enter an address, and nothing is added after you pay.

A tracking number lands in your inbox the moment the box leaves. Once a parcel crosses a border, import duty or tax may be charged on arrival by the customs office in the destination country.

Wrong size on arrival? One size exchange with every order. It can move you two sizes at most, and the clock runs 30 days from delivery. What changes is who pays the freight: orders carrying Return & Exchange Protection send the pair back and the replacement out at our cost, and orders without it are billed for those two shipments. What sizes do these come in?

US 4.5 to 14, every half size, twenty sizes in all. Order by the size your foot measures rather than the size you usually buy: the run and the measuring guide live on the Size Chart.

White sole or black?

Both, on every design. Pick under Sole Color before you add to cart. The print on the upper is the same either way, so the choice is only about what the sole does underneath it.

Is there a wide fit on the sneakers?

Not on this line. The Wide fit is built into the Leather Boots, where every size comes in Standard and Wide and Wide runs 13 mm bigger around the foot. If room across the ball of the foot is the thing you need most, start there.

Will my size sell out?

No. Every pair is printed, cut and assembled after you order, so there is no shelf for a size to run out of and no half size that quietly disappears. What that buys you is availability, not speed: the workshop still needs its 5 to 10 business days.

How long until they are on my feet?

Your pair is made after you order: 5 to 10 business days at the workshop, then the journey. Inside the United States that journey runs 7 to 15 business days, the United Kingdom 10 to 18, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the EU 10 to 20, everywhere else 15 to 25. Most pairs land two to five weeks after checkout, and the Shipping tab above carries the same table.
