Measure your longer foot in the evening, once it has done all the spreading it is going to do. Add 3/8 in for toe room, then read down the insole column until a figure is large enough to hold that number. Every selector in this shop is written in US women's sizes.

Return & Exchange Protection

REQUIRED

What it covers on your order:

  • FREE size exchange. Every order gets one, and this cover pays the shipping both ways, so yours costs nothing.
  • Return shipping, covered. Changed your mind? Send the pair back unworn within 30 days for store credit, and on a US address the return label is on us.

Exchange shipping is covered wherever we ship. It can only be added here, before you check out.

Description

A serape blanket, cut up and wrapped around a high top.

Where the stripes go

On the panels the bands stand upright: they start at the sole and run straight up to the collar, so the whole shoe reads taller than it is. Rust and burnt orange take the widest bands. Mustard gold sits against them. Denim blue comes in as the cool one, deep green and brown weight the ends, a narrow deep red does the shading, and between every wide band sits a cluster of fine cream pinstripes (a few of them each time) holding one colour off the next. No band is flat colour either: each carries a drawn weave, uneven the way a loom leaves it, so the gold pales and deepens as it travels.

Then the tongue breaks ranks. The same bands turn ninety degrees and run across it instead of up it, and a rust triangle sits at the very top where the tongue meets the collar. It is a small piece of mischief, and it is the thing that gives away a person drawing rather than a machine repeating.

The rest of it

  • In white: white sole ruled once in black around the edge, white lacing, white rubber at the front. The stripes come forward like washing on a line
  • In black, everything below the print goes black: the sole, the laces, the rubber at the front. The earth colours go deeper and the cream pinstripes do all the lifting
  • Silver eyelets either way: the one thing that does not change between the two
  • US 4.5 to 14: the 4.5 is there, the 14 is there, and so is every half step between them

None of those sizes can run out on you, for the plain reason that none of them is made until somebody asks for it. Yours gets printed and put together from that point, and that part runs five to ten working days. It is not the fast way to buy a pair of shoes; it is the way you get this pair.

Shipping

Nothing waits in a box for you. Each pair gets printed, cut and assembled after you order, so two timers run back to back.

Building your pair: 5 to 10 business days at the workshop.

Delivery, from the day it ships:

  • United States: 7 to 15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10 to 18 business days
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the EU: 10 to 20 business days
  • Everywhere else: 15 to 25 business days

Most pairs land two to five weeks after checkout. Dressing for a date? Leave room.

What it costs: $14.99 for the first pair inside the United States, $16.99 to Canada, $14.99 everywhere else we ship. Every further pair on the same order adds $9.99, so two pairs to a US address ship for $24.98. Socks post on their own at $4.99 a pair and tote bags at $6.99 each, the same price everywhere and whether or not boots travel with them. The figure appears at checkout once you enter an address, and nothing is added after you pay.

A tracking number lands in your inbox the moment the box leaves. Once a parcel crosses a border, import duty or tax may be charged on arrival by the customs office in the destination country.

Wrong size on arrival? One size exchange with every order. It can move you two sizes at most, and the clock runs 30 days from delivery. What changes is who pays the freight: orders carrying Return & Exchange Protection send the pair back and the replacement out at our cost, and orders without it are billed for those two shipments. Questions, answered

Sole colour, sizes, and the rest

Straight answers before you choose a size. The full run and the measuring guide live on the Size Chart. Anything else, email cs@sunayla.com; a person reads it.

What sizes do these come in?

US 4.5 to 14, every half size, twenty sizes in all. Order by the size your foot measures rather than the size you usually buy: the run and the measuring guide live on the Size Chart.

White sole or black?

Both, on every design. Pick under Sole Color before you add to cart. The print on the upper is the same either way, so the choice is only about what the sole does underneath it.

Is there a wide fit on the sneakers?

Not on this line. The Wide fit is built into the Leather Boots, where every size comes in Standard and Wide and Wide runs 13 mm bigger around the foot. If room across the ball of the foot is the thing you need most, start there.

Will my size sell out?

No. Every pair is printed, cut and assembled after you order, so there is no shelf for a size to run out of and no half size that quietly disappears. What that buys you is availability, not speed: the workshop still needs its 5 to 10 business days.

How long until they are on my feet?

Your pair is made after you order: 5 to 10 business days at the workshop, then the journey. Inside the United States that journey runs 7 to 15 business days, the United Kingdom 10 to 18, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the EU 10 to 20, everywhere else 15 to 25. Most pairs land two to five weeks after checkout, and the Shipping tab above carries the same table.

What does shipping cost?

The first pair carries the charge and every further pair on the same order adds $9.99. Inside the United States that is $14.99 for one pair and $24.98 for two. Canada opens at $16.99, and everywhere else we ship opens at $14.99. Socks post on their own at $4.99 a pair, tote bags at $6.99 each, the same price everywhere. The figure appears at checkout once you enter an address.

What if the size is wrong when they arrive?

You get one size exchange on the order. It can move you two sizes at most from the number you first chose, and the clock runs 30 days from the day the box arrives. What changes is who pays the freight: an order carrying Return & Exchange Protection sends the pair back and the replacement out at our cost, an order without it is billed for those two shipments. Details on the Return & Refund page.

Is there a matching pair of socks or a tote?

Yes. The same ten designs run across socks and tote bags, so the drawing on your sneakers has a match in both. Socks post at $4.99 a pair and tote bags at $6.99 each, the same price everywhere and whether or not boots travel with them.
