Measure your longer foot in the evening, once it has done all the spreading it is going to do. Add 3/8 in for toe room, then read down the insole column until a figure is large enough to hold that number. Every selector in this shop is written in US women's sizes.

Return & Exchange Protection

REQUIRED

What it covers on your order:

  • FREE size exchange. Every order gets one, and this cover pays the shipping both ways, so yours costs nothing.
  • Return shipping, covered. Changed your mind? Send the pair back unworn within 30 days for store credit, and on a US address the return label is on us.

Exchange shipping is covered wherever we ship. It can only be added here, before you check out.

Description

A denim-blue verge in July, on something you can lace up before the school run.

The size run, first, because that is where this usually falls apart

US 4.5 to 14. Each half step between those numbers is its own size on the menu, not a gap you have to land on one side or the other of. If you are a 9.5 you order a 9.5. That is the whole of it, and it is worth saying before the pretty part, because a shoe you love in the wrong length is not a shoe you wear.

Now the flowers

One shoe gives its panel to a sunflower: the petal tips run rust, the gold comes in behind, and the centre is a pale disc spotted with gold inside an orange band. Daisies gather under it, white with amber centres, beside one red-orange poppy, and a sage vine travels the lower edge with tiny orange berries caught in it.

Its partner is the rest of the verge. Poppies, another handful of daisies, teal cornflowers on thin stems, oat grass, a poppy bud hanging over on a bent stalk. Behind the two of them the blue is not a flat blue: ferns and leafy branches lie under it a shade deeper, covering the side panels and going on beneath the flowers, and a fine pale seam curves up out of the toe and across the whole thing.

Black pair or white pair

In black

The sole is black, so are the laces, so is the rubber over the toe, and so is the binding round the collar. The blue stops being a colour on a shoe and becomes the only lit thing on it. Eyelets are silver.

In white

A white sole carrying one hairline of black, laces in white, white rubber across the toe, white binding at the collar. Everything pale throws the denim forward, and the shoe rides lighter: the summer reading of the same drawing. Eyelets silver here too.

Nothing is made until you have chosen a length and a colour, and the making of it runs five to ten working days. That is slower than a shop shelf and it is the reason nobody at the market on Saturday is going to be standing in the same pair.

Shipping

Nothing waits in a box for you. Each pair gets printed, cut and assembled after you order, so two timers run back to back.

Building your pair: 5 to 10 business days at the workshop.

Delivery, from the day it ships:

  • United States: 7 to 15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10 to 18 business days
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the EU: 10 to 20 business days
  • Everywhere else: 15 to 25 business days

Most pairs land two to five weeks after checkout. Dressing for a date? Leave room.

What it costs: $14.99 for the first pair inside the United States, $16.99 to Canada, $14.99 everywhere else we ship. Every further pair on the same order adds $9.99, so two pairs to a US address ship for $24.98. Socks post on their own at $4.99 a pair and tote bags at $6.99 each, the same price everywhere and whether or not boots travel with them. The figure appears at checkout once you enter an address, and nothing is added after you pay.

A tracking number lands in your inbox the moment the box leaves. Once a parcel crosses a border, import duty or tax may be charged on arrival by the customs office in the destination country.

Wrong size on arrival? One size exchange with every order. It can move you two sizes at most, and the clock runs 30 days from delivery. What changes is who pays the freight: orders carrying Return & Exchange Protection send the pair back and the replacement out at our cost, and orders without it are billed for those two shipments. Questions, answered

Sole colour, sizes, and the rest

Straight answers before you choose a size. The full run and the measuring guide live on the Size Chart. Anything else, email cs@sunayla.com; a person reads it.

What sizes do these come in?

US 4.5 to 14, every half size, twenty sizes in all. Order by the size your foot measures rather than the size you usually buy: the run and the measuring guide live on the Size Chart.

White sole or black?

Both, on every design. Pick under Sole Color before you add to cart. The print on the upper is the same either way, so the choice is only about what the sole does underneath it.

Is there a wide fit on the sneakers?

Not on this line. The Wide fit is built into the Leather Boots, where every size comes in Standard and Wide and Wide runs 13 mm bigger around the foot. If room across the ball of the foot is the thing you need most, start there.

Will my size sell out?

No. Every pair is printed, cut and assembled after you order, so there is no shelf for a size to run out of and no half size that quietly disappears. What that buys you is availability, not speed: the workshop still needs its 5 to 10 business days.

How long until they are on my feet?

Your pair is made after you order: 5 to 10 business days at the workshop, then the journey. Inside the United States that journey runs 7 to 15 business days, the United Kingdom 10 to 18, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the EU 10 to 20, everywhere else 15 to 25. Most pairs land two to five weeks after checkout, and the Shipping tab above carries the same table.

What does shipping cost?

The first pair carries the charge and every further pair on the same order adds $9.99. Inside the United States that is $14.99 for one pair and $24.98 for two. Canada opens at $16.99, and everywhere else we ship opens at $14.99. Socks post on their own at $4.99 a pair, tote bags at $6.99 each, the same price everywhere. The figure appears at checkout once you enter an address.

What if the size is wrong when they arrive?

You get one size exchange on the order. It can move you two sizes at most from the number you first chose, and the clock runs 30 days from the day the box arrives. What changes is who pays the freight: an order carrying Return & Exchange Protection sends the pair back and the replacement out at our cost, an order without it is billed for those two shipments. Details on the Return & Refund page.

Is there a matching pair of socks or a tote?

Yes. The same ten designs run across socks and tote bags, so the drawing on your sneakers has a match in both. Socks post at $4.99 a pair and tote bags at $6.99 each, the same price everywhere and whether or not boots travel with them.
